Juliette Letellier

Dr Juliette Letellier has been an R&D engineer since February 2020, at DIAMFAB, specializing in semiconductor technologies and diamond device manufacturing. In 2022, she became Head of the Devices R&D Team and serves as the scientific lead on national (ANR LSD-MOSFET) and international (H2020 – MoWiLife) projects and she supervised PhD and intern students.
Previously, she earned her Master’s in Nanophysics and Nanoscience from Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) in 2016, followed by a PhD (2016–2019) at UGA/Institut Néel-CNRS. Her research focused on diamond Schottky diode fabrication and characterization, winning an award at the European Material Research Society conference (Warsaw, 2017). Her core mission remains developing high-performance diamond power devices.
