Marina Dabić is ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally in business and management, three years in a row, according to the prestigious Stanford list. she has authored over 280 articles indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, with the vast majority published in top-ranked Q1 journals, and has edited ten books with Springer, Edward Elgar, Routledge, Wiley, Palgrave and De Gruyter. Her research excellence has positioned her as the most cited scholar in Croatia and Central and Eastern Europe in economics and business, and She has been named Ambassador by the Academy of Management.

She is Editor-in-Chief of Technology in Society and associate editor of Technological Forecasting and Social Change and Strategic Change and senior Editor for IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management. Her academic influence extends to serving on numerous international panels, including the European Research Council.
