Nattakarn Suntornwipat

Uppsala University, Sweden

Nattakarn Suntornwipat is an Assistant Professor in the Diamond Electronics group at Uppsala University and serves as Vice-chair of the Junior Faculty. She earned her PhD in 2018, specializing in valley-polarized charge transport in diamond. Her research integrates experimental Time-of-Flight techniques with Finite Element Method simulations to model and design valleytronic devices. Currently, she works on hybrid systems by integrating diamond with various 2D materials, specializing in the direct growth of graphene from diamond. Her research interests involve investigating the combination of valley-polarized transport with Nitrogen-Vacancy centers, utilizing ODMR and PDMR for quantum applications.
