Zhuang Liu

Dr. Zhuang Liu is a Changjiang Distinguished professor at Soochow University. Dr. Liu’s team is developing biomaterials tools for novel therapies against cancer and other diseases. He has authored over 500 peer-reviewed papers, with a total citation of >110,000 times and an H-index at 180. He has been listed as one of ‘Highly Cited Researchers’ since 2015. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE), and a Fellow of the Chinese Chemical Society (FCCS). He has received many awards, including the Xplorer Prize, the CCS-RSC Young Chemist Award, the Biomaterials Science Lectureship, etc. He has founded a start-up company, InnoBM, which is focused on the development of novel therapeutics for cancer and autoimmune diseases.
